The Protein Queen

¾ cup almond milk

A handful of berries (fresh or frozen)

1 frozen banana

1 teaspoon of chia seeds

1 teaspoon of Maca powder 

1 sachet of gluten free oats

Method

Blend Milk, frozen bananas and oats until smooth, add in the maca and chia for another 30 seconds or so and enjoy!

The Ultimate Chocolate Vegan

1 Frozen Banana 

A handful of Kale

1 Tablespoon of Chia seeds

1 Cup Coconut water

1 Scoop protein powder

2 Tbsp Raw Cacao powder

1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil

1 Teaspoon Cinnamon

Method

Blend the Banana, Kale and Coconut Water then add in all the rest and Voila the most delicious dairy free, gluten free protein packed cream pie in your mouth.

1 cup coconut water

1 cup pineapple cut into chunks
1 avocado

Method

Blend the coconut water, spinach and avocado together throw in the pineapple chunks, whizz up for 2 minutes and you're good to go!

Method

Blend the Dairy free milk, yoghurt & banana together, throw in the cinnamon, chia, superfood of choice and the filtered water then a squirt of sweetness and you're good to go!
