Turmeric comes from the root of the Curcuma Longa plant and is making its way up the superfood hot list for it’s healing powers. The Four Best Face Masks
1 Skin Brightening Mask
1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric, 2 Tablespoons Cornflour, 1 Tablespoon Manuka Honey, A Squeeze of Lemon
2 For Oily Skin
1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric, 1 1/2 Tablespoon Sandalwood Powder, 3 Tablespoons Orange Juice
3 For Dry Skin
1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric, 1 Egg white, Rosewater, Coconut or Olive Oil, Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon Gram (Chickpea) flour, 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric, 1 Tablespoon Milk or Yoghurt
Apply to cleansed skin and leave for 15-20 minutes. Remove with lukewarm water and finish with a splash of cold water to close the pores. Turn -meric yourself beautiful!
